Keith can help you, as a business owner, to develop and improve your business, helping you to work ON your business rather than just IN it. His aim is to help you to put more profit in your pocket and to increase the saleable value of your business.
Keith has significant experience of working closely with the owners and managers of smaller businesses across a wide range of industries and including start-ups, helping them to develop their market offering, their business effectiveness and their bottom-line results. In addition, he has previously encouraged dramatic bottom-line improvement in larger companies (£100m-£500m turnover), in both consultancy and line management roles. Previous experience includes having held directorships in a multinational Telecoms business, and being Chief Financial Officer for Global Crossing's UK-based undersea Internet Cable laying division.
In addition to advising and assisting with company structure, accounting and tax, Keith works closely with business owners and managers to develop themselves, their staff to make more of their businesses. In particular he is a great believer in offering "jargon-free" advice and training, including tailored courses on topics such as Finance for Non-Financial Managers.
Linda ensures the smooth running of the UK practice, being responsible for marketing and all internal administration including all finance and HR matters.
Prior to Lawrence Young, Linda worked in finance and administration roles in a variety of industries including the UK Civil Service, Motor Parts Manufacture, Telecommunications, and Financial Services. Linda has a strong interest in personal development and enjoys reading, aromatherapy, walking, listening to music and is also a member of a local quilting group.
Kevin handles the day to day management of our clients' accounts and makes sure that deadlines are met.
Peter Adams, FCMA

With a background in Internal Audit and Consultancy Peter has significant experience of business process improvement across a wide range of industries. He has significant knowledge of international accounting requirements, having worked extensively in Europe and the USA as well as the UK. His industry experience includes manufacturing, transport, sales and marketing led organisations, as well as the UK Atomic Energy Authority and running his own business. In addition, Peter's knowledge of accounting systems includes managing SAP/R3 and JD Edwards implementations.

Andrew has a background in international sales and marketing gained mainly in the IT industry. He has worked as a business adviser, as a sales director for a digital marketing agency and for the last 4 years has run a marketing business. He has extensive experience of marketing planning, e-commerce and international web marketing across a broad range of industries. Andrew provides marketing consultancy and marketing support to Lawrence Young Ltd clients.
